Guide to Applying for a Letter of Guarantee (Initial GL and Final GL)

FIRST GUARANTEE LETTER APPLICATION WHEN REGISTERING IN THE HOSPITAL

To get a letter of guarantee, you need to go to our hospital panel.

You will need to request a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) form at the admissions counter.

Once the form is completed, you are required to send the form to the admission counter and the hospital will send the form to TPA.

The guarantee letter will be given within 2 hours after the form is submitted. If the wait time exceeds 2 hours, you can call the WHK call center +603-7650 4195 with any questions.

APPLICATION FOR FINAL GUARANTEE WHEN CHECKING OUT OF THE HOSPITAL

When the examination is done on the last day, you will be informed if you are allowed to check out of the hospital.

This process involves the hospital and TPA. You just have to wait for the final guarantee letter to be issued.

TPA will investigate and verify all details in the treatment bill issued by the hospital for payment purposes.

Once the final guarantee letter application is approved, you can prepare to check out of the hospital.
